Shelby brought a fresh, new and fun perspective to our most recent family photos.  She captured each of our three kids fun, and energetic personalities from behind her lens, and we have received numerous compliments on all of her photos that we have proudly displayed in our home! Shelby has done several sessions for myself and my boyfriend. I have very picky taste and wanted lifestyle/candid photos that truly captured our relationship. Shelby was so receptive of my vision and high maintenance requests, all while making the entire process seem so effortless. While taking the photos she provides such a comfortable atmosphere (especially for two awkward humans) and the process was SO quick (which was my boyfriends only request). Shelby makes shoots enjoyable, and fun

Shelby’s work is not only amazing, but working with her is also amazing! I’ve gotten the privilege to work with Shelby for family photos, Boudoir photos, Maternity photos and to be part of a wedding party that she photographed. Every time I have felt extremely comfortable and laid back in front of the camera, which isn’t always very easy to do. Shelby makes shoots enjoyable, and fun, and always manages to capture such great shots! She has a lot of different ideas for poses, which brings great variety to a shoot. I always find it extremely hard to choose what photos to develop and frame because there’s always so many incredible shots to choose from. I look forward to working with Shelby again and again in the years to come, as she does such a great job of capturing special memories for us!  – AV

determined to get the perfect shot

Tom and I were just reminiscing, and around this time last year we contacted you about doing photography for our wedding. We again want to thank you for the amazing job you did with our engagement and wedding photos, we cherish these photos so much. You always made us feel so comfortable and at ease during our engagement session, and on our wedding day! Your professionalism and laid-back style really helped us to enjoy these days! I have to say that I’ve never seen a photographer get themselves into so many awkward positions (not to mention dangerous) for a photo. I always think back to our engagement session, when in the dead of winter you hopped on the roof of your car, which was covered with ice and snow.
